WHAT IS THE COST FOR HEALTH CARE INSURANCE IN DUBAI.
THIS WOULD BE FOR ONE PERSON.

It depends on the healthcare provider. They offer differnet packages. Some cover people only in the UAE, some cover UAE, India, Philippinies and Egypt and some cover people internationally. It lso might depend on your age. The younger you are, the cheaper is the healthcare. Most companies also go you by your medical history.

ALICO Insurance i.e. provides cover in the UAE, India, Philippinies and India and their annualy premium starts around Dhs 2500.

I am with SAICO (a Saudi healthcare provider authorized to provide service in the UAE), I am covered internationaly and pay Dhs 840 monthly.

The healthcare system in Dubai will see some changes in the near future and then it will be mandatory for everybody to be insured. Maybe on the employer's costs like in Abu Dhabi.
