Orkut banned in UAE? |
Travel Info what does UAE govt want... they are blocking all the ways to get in touch with friends at cheap cost.. Travel Tips Welcome to the middle east ! = ) Others they just think that the terrorist are looking to attack through this thats' bad....orkuts' so fun... well every gud thing have both negative and positive aspect. The best part that orkut is gud social networking site ...easy to find friends and scrap is the best way to be in touch with everyone. The worst part was that ppl started misusing it. Teenagers were using it for sexual talk, explicit contents and nudity. Well banning wasn't the option which i personally feel. Orkut shd have given the more filtered option for members using fake profile. Lets wait n watch when Etisalat gonna unblock it. First Orkut was available. Then it got blocked. Then unblocked again. But now..........to many people compained about stuff like "sex in Dubai" and parents are worried about their kids seeing and reading stuff like this. I went through Orkut once and found a whole lot of hatered posting regarding Arabs, Muslims in Islam in general. Feel sorry for all the people who used Orkut for a good purpose and have to suffer now because some idiots messed up for them. Take care UAE |
