What is the best place to buy a condo in UAE ? |
Travel Info I dont wanna be too close to the coast. Scared of tsunamis. Value wise whats the best place to buy a condo that would surely go up in price ? Travel Tips The consensus seems to be that buying a condo/apartment in Dubai might not be such a good idea at this time. LOTS of new projects coming on the market. Prices for condos have been stagnant for the past year (maybe 10-20% increase for the year). But villas are still rising rapidly. The villa I bought a year ago has appreciated about 70%. If you're going to buy a villa, I think the Greens Community is probably a good bet. Others At the moment the best place is the Palm , but since you say not close to the coast there is also the tallest building in the world coming up, both are investments but i say go for the palm. |
