Some Argentinians commute each summer to Punta del Este and spend their summer there (easy to go by ferry from Buenos Aires) and therefore think it's part of their country. But no, it is not an Argentinian province, actually I think it's a bit arrogant of argentinians to say that Uruguay is a province of them. |
