There are smoke-friendly cafes, but nothing with a buy-and-sell menu. The Amsterdam Cafe on Hastings Street is the best, and although you cannot purchase in the shop you will have no trouble ever in Vancouver acquiring some...uh, coffee. Source(s): I used to work at the cafe in question.

Oohh.... you mean - Coffee shops (like in Amsterdam Coffee shops!)

"Coffee shop" is the term that the Dutch use as a place to buy Hash / weed / cannabis, and the answer is no, you won't be able to buy drugs openly in Vancouver.
