Does anyone know how long of a wait it is to get a passport at the Sinclaire center in downtown vancouver?

You should go first thing in the morning like 6 or 7 am. It took us until 11 am to get through. Have all your papers in order.
Others
go first thing in the morning and leave an hour just in case. You can have a passport granted and in your hand within a couple days. I had mine on a rush in 3 days.
