Travel Info Can you please tell me were Vancouver is at and what it is, a country, state, etc... Please? Travel Tips We are located on the West Coast of Canada, just above Washington. (Two hour drive from Seattle.) Why do you ask? Does it have anything to do with Virgin Fest? Others Canada i thought it was in Russia Canada... PS I'm rom Russia... Vancouver is not in Russia... it's definitely in Canada... and its a city in British Columbia I believe, British Columbia is a Province in Canada... I'm not sure if it's a capital of BC though... I think it is... There may be other Vancouvers out there. Vancouver is a city located on the western coast of Canada in the province of British Columbia. (just north of Washington State of the United States of America) Right off the coast of Vancouver is Vancouver Island, which is where Victoria, the capital of British Columbia is.
