Travel Info I am under 18 years of age, and i would like to rent a hotel room in vancouver to stay with my friends, does anyone now if this is possible? Travel Tips i work in the hotel industry and can say i know of none that take minors... try a backpackers hostel most have private rooms as well as dorms Others call the hotel but most likely not Most major hotel require a credit card to rent a room, gae issues are only a factor if there is a suspection of an morality issue. They will only rent a room if you present a major card for damage reasons, most people do not do any damage, but it is a security issue more than anything. I was a chef in Hotels all over Canada for 20 yrs, and have alot of travel experience from Asia to the Carribean. travel with your parent others they rip you here, do not travel here is so expensive, so many gang's and drug's on street, so many crazy people with gun, poor homeless, and HIV+ |
