Where do the youth aged (13 + years) people in vancouver/BC area shop? |
Travel Info i just moved here, and i dont really know what all the shops are. Travel Tips One of the only places that teens go to whether it's in the summer, winter, during pro d days, and whatnot, is (Metropolis at) Metrotown (most people just call it Metro). It's the 2nd biggest mall in Canada and it's in Burnaby, which is just east of Vancouver. You can take the skytrain or the bus to Metrotown Station and everything's right in front of you. Big food court, 470 stores, events from time to time. Still going through some renovation (new floors). Some stores are going to open there soon (Aeropostale, Armani Exchange, etc.). And there's stores like Aritzia, Esprit, Jacob, Gap, Le Chateau, Banana Republic, American Eagle, Bebe, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Buffalo, etc. Lots of places to sit, Grand Court & Atrium Court, etc. www.metropolisatmetrotown.com Other places to shop include Pacific Center Downtown, Robson Street (also Downtown), Oakridge Mall, etc. Have loads of fun shopping!! :D Source(s): Local and goes to Metro almost every week. :) Other Travel Tips Metrotown mall is on the skytrain route, so draws a crowd from many areas of Vancouver. Try Park Royal, Capilano, Metrotown or Brentwood. metrotown is a great mall, good size wth alot of variety, and accesible by bus and skytrain |
