Are there any nightclubs in Windsor that 18-year-olds can get into? |
Travel Info We're taking a friend to Windsor to celebrate his birthday, but his girlfriend is only 18. He doesn't want to go if she can't get in anywhere. However, you might be able to get into a pub on a University campus, since the elimination of OAC they have had to make some changes and allow 18 year olds in since there are now a fair number of them going to University, and they don't want to lose money on the non-alcoholic drinks they can sell them. Otherwise it would be a better bet if you could get to Quebec since the legal drinking age there is 18. No, Ontario drinking age is 19, and you have to be 19 with proper photo ID to get into clubs. Those are the laws and they are set by the Procince. You'd have to go to Quebec where the drinking age is 18. Or Alberta and Manitoba, but that is even further. Try right across the River into Quebec from Ottawa.
