Anyone know where the lululemon outlet is in BC?

I'm going to Richmond, BC for a weekend. I'm a big fan of lululemon and heard that there is a warehouse store somewhere in BC. Does anyone know where it is (address), and if it is close to Richmond??? THANKS!!!

Actually the Lululemon warehouse is not in Richmond, it's in Vancouver.
