Stanley Park for sure: Take a whole day to do it it's fluffing big.

Find a "Flying Wedge" pizza place for dope dope crazy Gourmet pizza. They have a $10 all you can eat buffet otherwise it's like $5 a slice. Otherwise there are lots of reasonably good ghetto ($1 a slice) pizza places around the slummy downtown sector.

lot's of little shops and Cafe's on Commercial drive.

If you like to be naked or see Naked people goto "Reck Beach" by the University.

Molson Brewery tour, Free Beer!

Hop on a ferry and check out some of the gulf islands.

I could go on for hours but I'm slow at typing....

eenie's is a casual, Canadian bistro built on the reputation of the owner of Lumiere, its next door neighbour. Feenies offers high quality bistro fare for reasonable prices. In March 2004, it was voted by Georgia Straight Readers as Best New Restaurant. Similarly, the title was given by Vancouver Magazine editors in the same year.

FEENIES

Owner and chef Rob Feenie describes his vision for Feenies: "My vision is to offer the people the same exquisite ingredients we use in Lumi猫re in a more relaxed, casual menu. A menu for all moods. Full of whimsy and cutting edge style that reflects the food that I eat at home. Approachable dining for everyone..."

Feenies can seat 90 guests total and features a bar, patio, private room and complimentary valet.
I visited Vancouver last year. I really enjoyed going to the Lynn Valley Canyon. There is a suspension bridge there that is prettier than the famous Capilano Suspension Bridge (in my opinion), but much less touristy. We enjoyed going through the studios in Grenville Island and taking one of those little water taxis there. I loved Stanley Park and the Aquarium. Have fun!
In my oppinion....the entire City.
From the ocean to the mountains and in between. I love the culrure, the Theaters, the Markets, the hiking and biking and ski-trails.
Depends on what you like to do. If you're into outdoor activities, Vancouver is the place to be. In the winter, you can ski, run, bike, play tennis, play golf (yes, in the winter too) paddle, row, hike, climb, or run marathons. You can swim at any of dozens of indoor pools, and there are year-round swimmers who go out, in wetsuits, for open ocean swimming year round.
If you're into the arts etc. there is a thriving theatrical community with a dozen live productions on at any given time, plus Vancouver is on the circuit for some of the big name travelling shows. Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones recently played here. Lisa Marie Presley was here last month, and Joan Rivers is here this month -- although whether they actually count as 'stars' is a moot point. Vancouver is a hot spot for movie production, both for local companies and for US companies. It's unofficial name is Hollywood North.
In and around Vancouver there is Science World, the Maritime Museum, -- in fact, more museums than you can shake a stick at. There are tons of night clubs if you're into that scene --
a good site to check out is HelloBC.com and it will provide you with enough to keep you busy for at least six months.
Come and enjoy!
