Travel Info Where is a good place to go in Vancouver, B.C. for New Years Eve? Travel Tips Like many cities in North America, Vancouver has a "First Night" celebration downtown. There are tons of activities, bands, other entertainment, food and more, plus countdown to the New Year. While it is a non-alcoholic event, suitable for all family members, you can always end the night at a club if you want to drink. Others I guess it depends on how old you are and what you like. We always go to the Boathouse restaurant on English Bay for dinner, then we stay at the Sands by the Sea and go to their lounge there. They usually make it a really good time for New Year's and it's beautiful overlooking the Bay. Happy New Year! |
