Van Dusen garden Festival of lights. . .gingerbread house and gingerbread children and candy? |
Travel Info Hi, I was wondering if anyone has been to the Festival of lights at Van Dusen this year, it sounds like they've added all these new features (that are hard to find). . . . can someone tell me what it was like, and how easy these new features are to locate.. . . . Travel Tips i havent been this year as they were delayed in opening because of the storms... i think it opens on the 15th but i may be wrong... it may already be open... Others It isn't due to open until tomorrow, (Dec. 15) because of delays caused by the snow storms, but you might want to check as the worst storm yet is supposed to arrive tomorrow and it may cause damage or prevent them from opening on schedule. It's always a wonderful spectacle, but they've never had a season like this for storms with snow and super high winds (up to 100km per hr is the prediction). I did not go this year, but last year was great, you will not miss anything just fallow others |
