I'll be moving out there and just wanted to meet some cool people.
I heard there is like no black people is this tru?

it is true there are very few black people in the lower mainland... but there are a few... dont know what kind of clubs you want to join so cant help you there...

if you are in sport then you can join so many great groups and clubs
1- running room ( at Denamn and Georgia )
2- Yacht club http://www.royalvan.com/
3- ski club

and you can also do some voluneter job amd meet some cool ppl.
