Yes at a Japanese store. There is a store in vancouver called Fujiya on Clark and Venables.

T&T also sells some Japanese stuff too. There is T&T near Tinseltown or on 1st Avenue or at Metrotown in Burnaby.

Yes, I believe that there is a store on Robson Street that sells Japanese foods, you might also try anywhere in Japan town in vancouver..possibly one of the chinatowns as well...either downtown or in Richmond..Richmond has a Japanese store in Aberdeen mall.
try down town in the main street area. There is a few places that sell traditional Japanese foods. Check the yellow pages too.
