Where can i book hotels on Whistler Mountain?

Ive managed to get some great flights, but i am having a lot of trouble getting a decent hotel price, everyone wants to sell me the whole package.

Does anyone have any tips on where to book, what i should be paying for a weeks stay for 2 adults from 17th of Feb and what are the nice places to stay?

We live and work in the Whistler area - go to whistlerblackcomb.com - there's an accomadations link on the top left of the page. If that fails try www.alluradirect.com - they do condos mostly in the village area. They have competitive prices, too. Snow is absolutely awesome - around 300cm (10 feet) on the mountain, so it is busy.
