Travel Info He is Dutch. He Lived in vancouver in 1996 and studied BC parks planning. Travel Tips I am looking for Scott Duffus in Vancouver.? In 1996 we both worked for BC Parks as part of our study. Scott studied at UBC. I did the university in Holland. I lost track of him. I mailed UBC but they say they could not help me for privacy reasons. He is not listed in the phone book, I came back to BC a few times and checked.
