I dont tink so,not that i know of but perhaps u can do specific search online for more info that u'll need.Wikipedia has a lot to offer tho.Good Luck.. :)
I am not sure about that... have you tried Google-ing it?

However, there are a lot of Canadians on here, so I am sure some of us could help you out with your Questions about Vancouver.

That or maybe check to see if they have a main page for tourist info... there might be a forum up on there.
