Well you can flight from Bogota,COL to Maracaibo VNZLA, by the airlines ''Avianca'' a direct flight, from Bogota to Caracas then you connect from Caracas to Maracaibo in a national venezuelan airlines like Avensa, this can cost you like $400 dollars, the cheapest way is going in bus from Bogota to San Cristobal (Border with VNZLA), and from San Cristobal take another bus to Maracaibo, that will cost you like $200 or less, i hope that you have found what where you were looking for.
