Compare and contract Venezuela beaches to Tobago beaches. Cheaper?

Which one is cheaper to travel in? I am not a traditional tourist. I don't like resorts and hotels. I perfer hostels and the independent traveling scene. Which one has the better overall package, incliding things like beaches, cost, public transportation.

I have no traveled to Tobago. But in Venezuela is really cheap. In Puerto La Cruz (Anzoategui State) exactly in Mochima National Park the beaches are SO REALLY beautiful. Yo have many hostels there with near beaches and if you want to go shopping, there are mall near them.

You can go there by bus, on air or whatever you want. It is really cheap and wonderfull.

If it is no enough for you. You can go to Margarita Island (the caribbean pearl) o Los Roques Island.隆
