Caracas isnt the coast but is near also georgetown, so it must be Santiago d Chile. I'm sure it is.
Santiago/SCL 2 hours from Valparaiso (Pacific Ocean)
Caracas is near the coast, Georgetown too. Santiago is not in the coast!
