HELP! I'm going to Victoria, BC; where should I definitely visit (from July 26-28)?

I'm going in a group of six people age group: 24 yrs.

We're going to be in Vancouver for 5 days and then Victoria for 3 days. Where should we stay (hotels), eat (restaurants) and visit (attractions, night clubs, etc).
