Simply call the airline you are flying on and ask them. Others It's not simple. You need to call the airline you're flying. No liquids are allowed in carry on bags. This includes water bottles, lotions, lip gels, toothpaste, deodorants, shampoos, yogurt, etc. You can have chapstick that is a solid stick and a small small bottle of saline solution for your contacts, for example.
