How's the service of Vietnam OpenTour ? Safe to book with them?

Travel Info
Vietnam opentour also run a website knowing as "sinhcafe" but apparently this is not the real one. So is it still reliable to book tour with them?

Travel Tips
Sinhcafe has some fake place; so be aware. You might check with Tonkin Travel or maybe Kim Cafe; both have webpages. I wouldn't book with anyone that I thought fake. I know that Tonkin Travel in Hanoi is not fake. Good luck, cheers.

never heard of them but check out: www.newcenturyworldtravel.com
Sinh Cafe is good open tour for backpacker...pretty cheap and good service, but you need to find the right one. Dont worry much about safety in Vietnam. VN is quite safe country for travel.
Have a good trip!
In Vietnam there are many tour places, sinh cafe TM brothers to name a few, with each one I have had good and bad experiences, They will rip you off and expolit you if possible. This is because they are travel places specifically for tourists. They think your an easy target. Since its so cheap in VN you may not even notice (or care). I suggest just going your self and making all arangments at things when you get there, it would be cheaper and you truely would have an "open tour". The best travel place I have used is called Youth Travel Company (YTC) its not in the tourist area so you might have to ask someone to find it, its on Dien Bien Phu. Cheers
Hi,
Ditto, the previous advice. Book your tours after you arrive in Saigon.

Go to: SINH CAFE, 246-248 De Tham Street, District 1. The is the Sinh Cafe Agency in the "backpacker" area. It's on the east side of the street. Maybe 6-8 shops down the block from Pham Ngu Lao St.

Good Luck,
Dwight Z.
