It looked nasty, but I'll tell you.. It was deliscious... One of the best things I ever had. I have forgotten what its called? And, where can I buy them in the US?

"vit lon"[ pronounced vit loan] it's a DUCK egg and you may be able to get them in an asian neighborhood or philipino restaurant... they are even more popular with the phillipinos they call them "ba lute"... ive seen them eat it on" fear factor ".. everyone ate 2 and "cleaned their plate"....

Baluut. To buy in the US, try oriental markets and grocery stores.
I've heard that's a delicacy there-- but I don't know where you could find it.
Maybe check your nearest big city for a Vietnamese grocery and give them a call.
