Travel Tips you are a nut LOL!... yeah send it... but never put money in a letter to viet nam.... ps. if you want a shot at some pts try giving me an intelligent answer to my questions over at "politics" Others It's absolutely okay. A postage stamp is void only when a Post Office's seal is apparent on the surface of the stamp. Just make sure that enough postage is applied on your letter for proper delivery. Good luck ! You can use it if it is only slightly damaged, but if a big hunk is gone, the post office will think you tore off a cancellation to reuse the stamp, and then they will refuse it. |
