Next month I'll arrive in North-Vietnam by bycicle. What is worth visiting and what not?

Biking in Vietnam is excellent in terms of local people's hospitality and the scenery. Saddling along the streets in Hanoi are rather risky due to high traffic but cycling along through the Hanoi's vicinities is great. Heading out to the hills and valleys of Mai Chau and Phu Luong Nature Reserve. Ride on easy dirt footpaths or narrow tarmac through ethnic villages then continue on to Cuc Phuong National Park, etc...are great.

Hi,
Most visit in the north of Vietnam : Hanoi - capital of cause ( don't miss Water Puppet Show at Thang Long theatre ), Halong Bay.
If possible, go to Mong Phu ancient village + Ba Chua Mia Pagoda in Son Tay province.
