Acording to Paul Hardcastle, it's when you're "Nineteen, n-n-n-nineteen".
I like last of March to the middle of April. Weather is just about right, not to hot yet. Wish we could visit then; but we have a daughter in school; so we visit again this year in June/July (hot).
