How do you say "Happy New Year!" in Vietnamese? thanks?

Travel Tips
Happy New Year is "Chuc Mung Nam Moi" because "Tet" is the Lunar New Year. That is a whole different story.
You're welcome!!!

Others
"tet," but I think there maybe another word that goes with it
Dep Tet!.......Beautiful New Year.....close as I can come.
Chuc Mung Nam Moi, cheers
Chuc Mung Nam Moi.
"Chuc Mung Nam Moi" is correct. However, some fancier ways to say the same thing , especially in writing is "Cung Chuc Tan Nien" which also means "Best Wishes for the New Year " or "Cung Chuc Tan Xuan" which means "Best Wishes for a New Spring".

Why spring in the middle of winter? The Vietnamese (and Chinese?) believe the official beginning of spring is around the time of the lunar new year, 5 to 7 weeks before the western reckoning.
