TV Schedule in Vietnam?

I am an Australian working in Vietnam, wondering if there is any site that lists everyday tv schedule (lich chieu phim) in Vietnam. I found that watching vietnamese channels helps me alot in learning Vietnamese, especially channels like VTV1, VTV2, VTV3, VTV4...I also like to watch cabled channels like HBO, star world, Discovery..Please help!
