Ask a Viet friend or acquaintence where they book their flights (and better yet, can they accompany you to the agent's office). I've been using the same agency for ten years and have never found a cheaper flight on-line. In addition, they will get your visa, find you a guide if needed and book any kind of in-country travel you might want. I live in Boston and generally pay $1040 RTw/visa. You will pay much less.
