Travel Tips Had I known that you wanted to speak with an NVA veteran, I would have introduced you to my uncle while you and I were in Ha Noi. My Uncle Bui was a major in the NVA during the Vietnam War and is now a retired general. I have a few other uncles who fought on the other side as well, and some are still active military with pretty high ranks. I don't know if they served specifically with the 174th Brigade, but I'm sure they know those who did. There is also a VFW counterpart in Vietnam, which I discovered through my Uncle Bui for an answer to another Yahoo question. |
