Schools in St John's Antigua? |
Travel Info I'm applying for admission to the American University of Antigua School of Medicine in St John's Antigua. I'm a single parent and my daughter (6 yrs old) will be living with me. Is there good schools in Antigua? If so, what are the names? I read that the public education wasn't the best. Is this true? Please help me! This is keeping me from going foward in my decision of studying med. Thanx Travel Tips The public education is not the best here in Antigua, I agree. I am also currently attending AUA. The only one I can think about right now (sorry, I am on break) is Rainbow Elementary School. There is no website for the school though, I am sorry. Good luck. If you have questions, feel free to ask. Others YOUR CHILD IS SIX A 8TH GRADE STUDENT COULD TEACH THAT CHILD. THEIR IS NOTHINH TO WORRY ABOUT, WHAT YOU SHOULD BE WORRING ASBOUT WHO IS GOING TO SIT THE CHILD AFTER HIS/HER SCHOOL IS OUT. GOOD LUCK AND TAKE CARE. If that was me and I was thinking of moving to another country and I was worried about the schools, I 'd plan a trip and go to the school and sit in on the class rooms and get a feel for the education. Asking this question here isn't going to help. You need to see and hear for your self. The nice things about 6 year olds, they adjust very quickly. Check out this school go to bottom of site and click on english translation http://www.colegiobostonguatemala.com... good luck s Your question shouldn't be listed in the "Virgin Islands" category because technically Antigua is not a part of the U.S. or British Virgin Islands. I'm sorry I don't have an answer for your question. I just thought you might have a better chance by not asking those looking into the "Virgin Island" link. Good Luck! |
