I'm going snorkeling!?

Next week I'm going snorkeling for the first time in St John, Virgin Islands (Carribean). Any advice for a first-timer?

Relax, drink lots of water to counteract all the saltwater you'll inhale, use lots of sunscreen, and if possible, opt for a drysnorkel. St John has many beginner spots to snorkel and the marinelife there is plentiful!

Make sure you dont swim out in the middle of a swarm of jelly fish.
scuba diving is better as you do not get the motion sickness of being on top of the waves, but otherwise, just be sure that mask fits well and has no leaks as this can be frustrating. It's easy and st johns is beautiful. ENjoy
relax and enjoy it. Try to remember to breathe EASY and RELAX
