It depends what you want. If you want a quiet place to relax and fall in love with nature, then Langkawi is the best. Penang is a bit crowded.

I love Langkawi the most, whenevr I want to relax & enjoy life I'd take my wife and go there for few days, it's heaven. Source(s): Been to both locations
