Is the coast gaurd in the british virgin islands concerned with boats bearing a pirate flag? |
Travel Info we are going on a sailing trip this summer and are having a pirate theme (we are dressing/talking like pirates) and it is going to be loads of fun. we would love to fly a pirate flag, but are wondering if there is any concern about actual "pirates". Travel Tips Very doubtful. Likely, if they did anything, they would question you first about it. You can explain it to them, and they can tell you to either remove it or that it didn't matter. It's always good though to look up their tourism site to see the things you are able to do and are not able to do. They may not have pirate flag information on there, but at least you'll be informed on other water activities or water laws that could be of interest. It sounds like a blast, have fun! Others I think it would be pretty obvious you were just having a drunken blast... like the idiots that get all gassed up during Gasparilla. |
