Travel Info Does anyone know of reasonable but nice accomadations on ST. Johns in the USVI ? Travel Tips Hi i am a travel agent and i would definitely recommend The Westin St. John Resorts & Villa;amazing resorts, wonderful cuisine, you won't be dissapointed. Please email if you need any help planning your trip.Thanks. quincy@dynamicdestinationsinc.... Others I would also recommend The Westin, but if you can't book a reservation there try Caneel Bay. Check into staying at Cinnimon Bay Camp ground its not the Westin but last I knew cabins were under $75.00 per night. check cheapcaribbean.com They have specials....if you can't find it on St.John I would also consider St.Thomas and take the ferry to St.John for a day trip. St.Thomas has The Wyndham and another one you should check out is the Marriott Star and also,a family owned property and well run, Bolongo Beach Club...Caneel Bay $$$$$ is expensive on St.John and the rooms are older but the location is hard to beat...and there are seven beaches to pick from...I vacation on usvi/BVI too and there are many choices...timeshares too, including Megans Bay Beach which is one of the top caribbean beach in the world...Try kayak.com for accomodations with good pricing...also redweek.com for timeshares at reasonable prices by owners who aren't using their weeks. Have a wonderful time.... The Westin is definately a nice place, but I would never consider $300 per night "reasonable". You could stay in a tent in their national forest, they rent them out. I strongly urge you to stay at the Frenchmans Reef Marriott on St. Thomas, and then just take the ferry boat to St. John island. |
