I'm a us permanent resident. Do I need a passport when flying to US virgin islands (st thomas)?

Travel Info
Is my State issued drivers license ok to use.

Travel Tips
Your state drivers license is acceptable providing it has a photo of yourself. If you don't have a photo drivers license any other governement issued photo ID will do. Some states offer state photo ID cards which is quicker to get than a US passport. Check with your state DMV office to see if they offer them.
Others
N you need a passport from your home country and your green card, I guess
