I'm a us permanent resident. Do I need a passport when flying to US virgin islands (st thomas)? |
Travel Info Is my State issued drivers license ok to use. Travel Tips Your state drivers license is acceptable providing it has a photo of yourself. If you don't have a photo drivers license any other governement issued photo ID will do. Some states offer state photo ID cards which is quicker to get than a US passport. Check with your state DMV office to see if they offer them. Others N you need a passport from your home country and your green card, I guess Just a few weeks ago passports became necessary to go the the US Virgin Islands. you must have a passport and Resident card yes you need a passport if you are traveling any where out of the united states i just went through a whole mess i had to get a passport to weeks before i left for Aruba two weeks ago. Good luck. http://www.travel.state.gov gives the answer....bring your green card just in case.... |
