I would choose Puerto Rico. I grew up there and had a chance to travel alot of the Carribean. In Puerto Rico here are beautiful beaches, great restaurants, hotels and night life. There's the old city, Old San Juan where there are forts to explore. And in the mountains there is a spectacular rainforest called El Yunque. Most people in Puerto Rico are bilingual. I think you would love it!
