How easily available is work in the caymens or virgin islands as a british citizen?

I'm thinking of heading down there around october and was wondering what the work and accomodation situations are like in the islands

It is difficult, because British citizens do not have belonger status in the British Virgin Islands. I cannot speak for Cayman, I don't know about there, but I assume it's the same.
