National Dish of the U.S. Virgin Islands?

I would like to know what is the national dish of the USVI? St. Croix in particular.

We don't have one but I believe if we ever chose an official dish it would either be boiled fish and fungi (cornmeal mush) or conch in butter sauce. Source(s): I live on St. Thomas

Don't know if there is an official national dish but conch is one of the favorites throughout the Virgin Islands. Try conch fritters, stew, etc.
