I know St. Thomas has three resorts that offer all inclusive plans.

Wyndham Sugar Bay (They have an excellent spa if you're into that)
Bolongo Bay
Marriott Frenchmans Reef

I don't think there are any all inclusives on St. Croix or St. John.

travelzoo.com is pretty good. i always suggest going there first they have good deals and they give a good base figure of what its going to cost.
The Marriot on St. Thomas is so pretty. Theres a swim up bar in the pool and you can win free drinks! It's fun. I prefer St. John though, safer and nicer. You can take a day trip to St. John by a 30 minute ferry ride. :)
