I would recommend Elysian Beach Resort

This 180-room resort overlooks a white-sand beach on Cowpet Bay on the eastern end of St. Thomas. Winding walkways lead to a freeform pool and a palm-lined beach with views of the nearby St. Thomas Yacht Club.

Amenities include two restaurants, a mini-casino with several slot machines, and spa services including massages, manicures, and facials.
