What is the Chief animal raised in the U.S Virgin Islands?

We do not "raise" animals in the virgin islands per say. Both St Thomas and St Croix raise cows for dairy products (ice cream and milk) that is mass produced by our local dairy companies. There are also lots of horses that are raised for racing, pleasure and that mate in the wild. We have lots of other "wild" animals but do not necessairly raise animals due to the small size of the islands.
