Virgin islands or cayman islands? |
Travel Info my husband would like to go to one of the islands, but want to know which one is best, what's the best time of year, and what we can expect when we are there. also are there all inclusive resorts? we have been to hawaii and that was great! Travel Tips Both as as good as the other. Cayman Islands is real high class and very nice. Virgin Islands are super clear waters and very relaxing and you also would have several islands to pick from to go to throughout your stay vs. the 2 islands of Canyan Islands. I found that the Virgin Islands seem to have a little better beaches and snorkel areas than Cayman Islands but that's just one persons opinion and the difference isn't that great. Note: Been to Hawaii too and Cayman or Virgin Islands aren't in comparison to Hawaii so that won't make a difference. Hawaii was great, but the Virgin Islands and Cayman were GREAT!! If you loved Hawaii, you'll really love either Virgin Islands or Cayman. If I had to pick between the two to go back to, I'd go back to Virgin Islands over the Cayman Islands because I still haven't been to a lot of the beaches there and haven't been disappointed in the ones I have been to, including St. Johns (GREAT fine white sand beach with super, super clear waters for snorkelling and then relaxing). Others Virgin islands their more quiet but relazing Most of my clients enjoy the Cayman Islands. It really depends on the activities you enjoy. If you like Scuba diving, snorkeling, etc Cayman Islands would be great. Especially if we book them an all inclusive package. The Virgin Islands is the place my honey mooners go. My clients who enjoy relaxing on the beach also enjoy this location. Any good travel agent has virtual tours and brochures that can help you decide. Let me know if you need more help deciding. selvin@intriguedtravel.com http://www.intriguedtravel.com customerservice@intriguedtrave... Go to http://www.love.allabouthoneymoons.com... they can plan any type of trip not just honeymoons and destination weddings. If you tell them what you like and your budget they will plan the perfect trip for you.Best of all if you use there service to book your trip there service is free b/c the fee is paid by the hotel or resort. http://www.love.allabouthoneymoons.com... I think that you would have a great time in the Virgin Islands, because you can visit all three islands in one try. I know that there is a site www.skyauction.com in which you can bid on your entire trip including airfare and hotel stay at one of St. Croix's finest hotels. If snorkeling, parasailing, and museums are your thing, then St. Croix is the place to be. |
