St thomas questions? |
Travel Info Do i need a passport to travel to st thomas Travel Tips No if you are a USA citizen. The virgin Islands are possessions of the United States. You will need your birth certificate and a photo ID to prove your identity. Others nope, but you will need sunscreen! Are you going directly to St. Thomas? If so, you will not need a passport because it's a US Territory. However, if you're going on a cruise line or if you have a connecting flight on another island, you will definitely need your passport. Passport regulations have recently changed, so you may want to consult the government travel website, which I've put below. http://travel.state.gov/passport/passpor... If your coming from the United States, no. everyones right but LISA is more right.....no passport if you're a US citizen and traveling from the mainland direct or via Puerto Rico.......passport yes if you're stopping anywhere else along the way......... ALSO: Some airlines have their own requirements for passport over and above what the US Gov asks for..so check with them first! have lived on STT 30 years |
