Travel Info Does anyone know where there is a Nice hotel to stay at in Ocean City Maryland that is family friendly....? Travel Tips There are so many possibilities. If you don't mind paying a little more the Carousel Resort is really nice. It has an indoor ice skating rink which the kids think is great. The Princess Royale and Princess Bayside are nice too. The Royale is on the beach and the Bayside is, as the name implies, on the bay. If you don't mind being away from the beach a little, the Francis Scott Key Motel is about a 1/2 mile out. It is a little cheaper too and has a lot of nice features for kids. We are campers and really enjoy the Frontier Town Campground on occasion. They have a water park and numerous other activities for the kids. I would recommend any of the newer places for the most part. Some of the older places can be run down. The lower street numbers are on the boardwalk and a lot busier. The higher number streets are more off the beaten path, so they are quieter. Others go to hotels.com: they're experts |
