Whole Foods or Wegmans are your best bets.

You can also try some of the Farmer's markets (like the one in Rockville) in the summer, they have PA mushroom farmers that have all kinds of fresh mushrooms. I picked up a bunch of lovely Lobster mushrooms there in September.

Others
Go to Whole Foods or to Dean & Delucca. You can only buy them around the DC area.
