Well I live right outside of DC(Oxon Hill, MD). It's been windy as heck here. It's been between 40 and 50 degrees. The wind makes it colder. Source(s): From me. A 12 year old.

it has been windy as hell!! the temps are not too bad,between 40-50 degrees, but the wind just makes it colder than that.
We just got a snow storm about a week ago that closed schools all week. About 4 inches here(Montgomery county) and about a half inch of ice. EXTREMELY hard to shovel and plow because it was so hard. It has been very windy the last couple days but it has been MUCH warmer than early February. Its been about mid 50's during the day and high 20's during the might. Right now its snowing and supposed to change into ice in a couple of hours. Its about 26 out here supposed to get to 38 today. Amazing because in early feb the high was 26, the low 9, and the morning wind chill -3.Cold!!
